lower management friendly, and family atmosphere amongst team, flexible and understanding.

Cons

no open communication from upper management, no HR presence, inappropriate behaviour and jokes from upper management, no security in job. no time taken to retain people

Thank you for taking some time to leave a review, although it looks like there has been some miscommunication somewhere along the line. QC Data has not had any operations outside of the United States since early 2019, and we no longer have any staff or contracts in the United Kingdom.

Very little micromanagement of work, they let you get on with it. Reasonably flexible work times

Cons

Management dont care at all for your well being, only output Glasgow office - management disconnected from staff, 1960 type rules that are retracted and applied based on if senior management is guilty of doing it or not Low Pay Low staff retention
