      Good company ruined by venture capital and squeezed staff to boost profit

      Work includes travel time, and uniforms are paid by employer.

      Cons

      Managers never met with employees. New structures implemented behind closed doors. Customer complaints from staff being deployed without knowledge and experience. Field staff lack motivation and physical ability to perform basic job duties. Contract obligations exceed field staff abilities, and lack of skilled technicians.
