Hard to think of any...maybe the people you start with before they inevitably leave.
Cons
“Fast paced” is just code for disorganised and reactive. Goals shift constantly with no real strategy behind it, and you’re expected to absorb endless change with zero support. Burnout is rife and turnover reflects it. Turnover is also a reflection of sloppy HR policies and not following proper improvement plans.
