      Management don’t know enough about ML and AI to make strategic decisions around AI. They need a person who can advise on AI strategy

      Good benefits and nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Working from home is not allowed until after the six month probation period is over, salary differences between men and women, the coaching is not the best
