      Pros

      Great & understanding management, cool company culture, flexible schedule, innovative environment. Extra cool CEO- is that even normal in a company? I really enjoy the work-life balance that is promoted in the workplace here. Management really understands the importance as long as you can get your job done. I also enjoy the fact that when you're working with QStride you are working along-side likeminded people, we all fit in with each other very well.

      Cons

      None really come to mind at this point :)

      Pros

      My first project required relocation and since day 0 they ensured that the transition did not affect me professionally but more important personally. Your place as a professional is granted here! They treat you as an asset, listening, supporting, guiding. I worked over a year for 2 different QStride clients, and I had the time of my life.

      Cons

      Small company but as long as they keep doing great this will change...

      Great culture and no bonds.Excellent management that cares about their employees and wants them to succeed. Flexible work environments. Good benefits
