Pros

Remote work, which is the bare minimum expectation.

Cons

* Unfair pay - promote internally but won't pay the bare minimum range for the higher role, but expect to be able to carry out job role perfectly, without training. * Extremely clicky - everyone is related to one another. * Employs only females in upper management in an attempt to look good, but backfires as the wrong people are in management, to the employees detriment. * No attempt to be diverse, and you will be penalised for mental health or neurodiversity. * 9-6 is already a long day, 5 days a week, but you'll be lucky to actually work those hours. More likely to work 45+ hours a weeks with no compensation for this. * No care for employee progression and pass off squiggly carers as being an acceptable way to make individuals do more for no compensation. * Expect to be backstabbed, the majority of staff only look out for themselves. * Many managers will flaunt the rules and make unnecessary expenses to the company or take time out of their working day for personal appointments, like getting their nails done, instead of supporting their struggling staff. * No progression, despite asking or pushing. * Bare minimum benefits package .

Pros

Pay is decent enough, and the basic kit provided is adequate.

Cons

*Virtually no real benefits package *Bonus was stripped every year until there was nothing, despite the business growing, so no bonus at all. *No shares package *Bare necessity holiday *Bare necessity care *CEO is incredibly two-faced. She will be your "mate" when it suits you, then drop you in the click of a finger when it doesn't work for her *Upper management are all mates and family, and it shows. It has a horrible clique that if you're not part of, you'll be spoken about, stabbed in the back and used as a scape goat. *Whiffs of racism, prejudice and ableism *Constantly rushed *Understaffed

Pros

The projects and people are great

Cons

Management, mental health management and progressions. People are in management positions out of favoritism and not because they can manage. Everyone got burnt out and mental health is a true issue as a result, which results in the company giving everyone an unplanned day off. Nice gesture but doesn't resolve the core issue. There is no real progression other than becoming an I'll equipt manager.
