So Much Potential!

Pros

QualServ has so much potential. They were great at creating pretty much whatever the customer could dream of and making it come to life. Formed great relationships with my coworkers and immediate bosses.

Cons

The leadership is NOT where it should be. There are people in charge who have no clue what they are doing and others who do nothing but talk all day and get shown favoritism. Those who work hard are only given more work to make up for those doing nothing. Departments fight each other as if in a competition and would never help another department with anything unless they had the possibility to get in trouble for not.

Pros

A few quality employees in all areas of plant and office Good benefits package Most clients received a good deal on first purchase quality

Cons

The few quality employees took pay cuts while CEO and Holding company received bonuses. Poor management ethics through buddy promotions killed quality of work from industrious employees. Quality became an "it has to go out today, looks good enough, send it' we will find employees to blame if the client complains.

Pros

Loved the work I did. Interesting, energizing, challenging, ever-changing. Great clients. Was allowed to learn the job; experience in actual field not required.

Cons

Hated the company I did it for. Disorganized, process-heavy but inefficient, too many people in middle-management and sales pushing papers, reading reports, holding meetings, customer schmoozing, while too few people toiled on the actual revenue generating work.
