No pros from my experience

Cons

Seemed to be badly run from top down. After I was hired all top management were sacked or left. I was left with no reporting structure or support and little guidance on when that was going to change. May have just been bad timing on my part...only stayed 4 months.

It had a lot of Pros but unfortunately since new management took control, it is worst place to work.

Cons

* They will try to use you 24/7 * No Work and Home life balance * No respect for technical experts * Sales and Product managers are believed to be gods of company * New management does not care about what is happening in company * If any compensation is due to you they will delay it to maximum possible extents. In case you plan to leave, then forget you are going to get it
