      - change and evolution of organisation not clearly foreseeable as Quantile is now part of LSEG (but doesn't imply that change driven by LSEG is necessarily negative)

      - Fantastic group of like-minded people and colleagues - Competitive compensation packages - Office location is very central and the offices themselves are great! - Very supportive teams and learning opportunities

      Cons

      - None that I can think of. No idea why there is a one-star review on here. It's easily the best company I've had the pleasure of working for in my career.

      Fantastic working environment, which allows for lots of independent working, and the opportunity to contribute directly to problems that are at the heart of the company's business.

      Cons

      There can be an overemphasis on mathematicians and PhDs, when there is a more pressing need for good Devs, who can work well with teams.
