      Work experience as a intern for 6weeks

      Pros

      Works enviroment is good. Seniors are very friendly and supportive. salary is too good(In kolkata getting 8k/m as a intern is a pretty decent deal)

      Cons

      Working hour ( 9:30am-7:00pm) . but yes if you have some genuine works you can leave any time you want. Work pressure is huge ( but considering it is a start up you cant really complain about that)

      There is Nothing special about Quantta

      Cons

      Visionless management. Management never had a goal how to build up strong position in the market. Very basic works were assigned which led me to nowhere. This company does not deserve students from prestigious institutions. Working in Quantta can make a person technically weaker as there is no advance technique is used. Company has no proper policy for the employees. Every year Quantta experinences people are leaving yet they have not changed their attitude.
