The environment fosters burnout rather than growth, and there’s a noticeable lack of investment in employee development or morale. Three days at the office were strictly applied and in case you missed one of them they were looking for a replacement day! Feedback loops are one-sided – if you’re not contributing to the bottom line in a measurable way, your voice simply doesn’t matter. This toxic “profit first, people never” mentality stifles innovation, teamwork, and loyalty. Many talented individuals either leave quickly or become disengaged, creating a revolving door culture. Unless there’s a significant cultural overhaul, QIH Group risks losing not just its employees, but its credibility as a sustainable, people-oriented business in the long run.
