None so far, COVID has proven to be an obstacle but the business will bounce back.

1. Very friendly and dynamic work environment. All ideas are welcome and suggestions are paid attention to. 2. We face a plethora of client queries which makes us work out of our comfort zone but the way the team functions makes it a great learning experience. 3. All employees- higher management, part-time and interns alike, are treated equally which is a rare scenario.
Cons
No cons as of now. A feedback session for our own improvement would be great.
