This organization defines mission-driven perfectly. Every employee, Intern, volunteer, and board member is passionate about the mission of providing life-changing education opportunities to low-income high-achieving students. Organization works well as a team and works cross-functionally on a regular basis. Work life balance is great! There are cycles of long hours, but this company is respectful and encouraging of employee's personal lives and responsibilities.
