Pros

Flexible schedule. Good community outreach. Little experience necessary to work there and on the job training.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. Work load often increased with no increase in compensation. Employee portion of insurance premium far too high, costing over 1,000 a month for family coverage on their best plan option. Antiquated computer system and department processes. All yearly raises and bonus programs were terminated with no working or pending plans to reinstate them.

Pros

The platform is very affordable

Cons

The company has been around for 30+ years but operates like a startup. They don’t have their internal processes together. They don’t value employees, will drop you in 2 months if they don’t feel things are working out. No guidance on what is expected from you in the role. No team camaraderie, it’s like you’re on an island alone. The pay is not competitive and the medical benefits are expensive. The training is non existent. The platform is mediocre compared to competitors.

Pros

They have some really great people/

Cons

Unfortunately, they are few and far between. Unrealistic demands. ZERO work/life balance. Management does not really care. Benefits outrageously priced, and laughable benefits. In fact, the people they contracted out to (BenTech) for open enrollment, doesn't even understand the offerings! How can we help clients if the internal people can't even get it?!

We are very proud of the great people at Questco. Thank you for calling that out publicly and recognizing our amazing team. I’m sorry to see some of this feedback, as it doesn’t feel reflective of our current state. Since you must have departed some time ago, please know that we successfully filled vacancies with fantastic new employees which has further balanced the workload. We do have a team that is very passionate about providing excellent customer service, and we are just as passionate about nurturing a great environment for our people. Specifically, we are working to help ensure a positive work/life balance and promote transparency to support business needs during our ‘busy season’ in Q4. We apologize that you had a negative experience with our outside vendor. That feedback will be passed along for training opportunities. While our employee benefits are in line with of the size of our organization, we strive for continuous improvement here, too. We have dedicated focus on considering new benefits offerings for 2019 that will continue to enhance our benefits both for Questco employees and our client companies. We’ve had a number of changes to support our goals of shared success and growth across the company, and we do our best as a leadership team to act on feedback to make sure that everyone is heard. Our recent employee survey results indicate we have a happy and engaged team, but we know we still have work to do. We are enthusiastically dedicated to supporting Questco as a great place to work, and to supporting our incredible people that make it so!
