I worked at Quick Collect full-time

    Pros

Mon-Fri 8-5 Schedule, Weekends off. A few genuinely cool people I liked.

    Cons

Uncomfortable work environment. Was hired for one department but then was bounced around multiple times with no warning or explanation. Bad communication, dishonesty, hostility between departments, high turn around rate. Company is run by brothers who don't communicate with each other to the detriment of their employees. Overall sketchy and would not return.

    Advice to Management

Create a more professional environment. Be transparent with what you are hiring people for instead of saying one thing and doing another.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Quick Collect full-time

    Pros

    Some positions can work remotely.

    Cons

There are far too many to list.

    Advice to Management

Management is the owners sons. Completely out of touch with the reality of their situation and that the company ship is sinking.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Quick Collect for more than 3 years

    Pros

It is a paycheck and there is a bathroom that sometimes has toilet paper but no got water to wash your hands with.

    Cons

No appreciation for the people who actually bring in money. The owner keeps bringing in his incompetent kids and pays them all over 100K a year while the rest of the employees live in poverty. Owner treats people like garbage and never a kind word for anyone.

    Advice to Management

They are all male and either his sons or a Mormon man. The people who do the real work are all women.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Quick Collect full-time

    Pros

    There is a paycheck.

    Cons

The paycheck does barely pay the bills. There is no flexible work schedule unless you are a sales person or management. Holidays are not paid. There are 'office policies and procedures' that are outdated a few years and are not being followed through anyway. Employees are being treated like 'lesser beings' at times by management.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time training new employees. Try to be personable and listen to employees. Try to keep up in the race of minimum wage vs cost of living increase. The office is not the place for political propaganda or crude jokes. The disrespect needs to stop.

I have been working at Quick Collect

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, you plan your own hrs. and territory.

    Cons

No appreciation for what you do and no raises unless you beg for them. Cheap benefits and costs are deducted from your paycheck without prior notice. Lost customer first focus and only focus on making more money.

    Advice to Management

Change how you treat employees. Appreciate the hard work that is put in to get the job done offer a raise once in a while!
