Pros
As Quick Draw's only in-house developer, I experience a lot of wiggle room when it comes to suggesting and implementing new technology. They are an open-minded and collaborative company who genuinely seeks feedback and actively promotes good ideas. Their small team allows for close and personal relationships which go beyond the 9-5.
Cons
As a small team, sometimes communication can be hindered as each person devotes a lot of time and dedication to their role.
