Like watching a train wreck.

Pros

Used to be a great company. Half day Fridays. Decent pay and benefits. Used to have great people leading and wonderful staff.

Cons

Lack of communication with employees. Dumping people/entire departments through layoffs and others walking out. It is know internally that the CEO, Bob, dumped (outsourced) an entire department just so he could bring in his golf buddy/personal friend from Maryland (where he came from) to run that particular department with his Managed Services Company. I am appalled at the blatant conflict of interest and poor ethics of this CEO. When people found out,that is when the walk outs started.

Fridays off at 12, company pays health insurance for employees, training

Cons

CEO had a meeting to tell us about all the great things happening. He mentioned revenue is up compared to last year. But a few weeks later numerous layoffs due to revenue issues. How is that? Was he even telling the truth? Reprographics had two employees, now it has none because both were laid off. New HR employee was hired just to be laid off a few weeks later. Morale is very low at the moment. Board of Directors - all men Shareholders - all men Practice Leaders - all men Department Managers - 99.99% all men

Pros

My departure at this company coincided with the September layoffs. I don't know if I was scheduled to be cut as there was no reason or pattern; managers were cut, support staff cut, multiple locations affected,etc. But I am pleased to have this firm in my rearview mirror, regardless of the reason.

Cons

Everyone hear seems scared. No one shares, there is no team work, people hide what they are doing between departments. It is really depressing watching people walk around with no enthusiasm, no excitement for their jobs.
