      2 whole weeks without seeing them around the holidays

      Cons

      Unless you’re willing to crawl under the desk for some extra credit and an idiot who follows orders blindly you also are not to have a backbone. Revolving door. Horrible policies.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn a lot about an interesting industry. Room for growth if you are a team player and care about the work you do. If you just show up, do the bare minimum, and have poor attendance, you will not get far, but if you put in the work, try to learn, and care about what you are doing, there is a ton of opportunity.

      Cons

      There is no retirement plan.
