First and foremost, it was disheartening to find that the engineering team was not accorded the level of respect it deserves within the company. Despite our collective expertise and dedication, there seemed to be a lack of recognition for the crucial role we play in the organization's success. This lack of respect created a sense of disconnection and demotivation among team members, ultimately hindering our productivity and morale. Additionally, I found the working environment to be exceedingly chaotic and lacking in direction. The absence of clear guidelines and communication regarding project objectives led to confusion and inefficiency within the team. Furthermore, the imposition of unrealistic deadlines only exacerbated the situation, placing undue pressure on team members and compromising the quality of our work.

Progression is slow, pay not so great.
