      Decent money, Decent steppingstone to a real career

      Micromanaged, Abusive managers, Scared HR dept, Bad pay structure, Will try and find ways to rip you off, No ethics, Liars.

      Pros

      If you are not used to making 6 figures then this can be exciting. Right up until you realize how they trick you into paying yourself in certain situations.

      Cons

      They pay hourly, but cap your total earnings at 10K per month. So if you work any overtime (and you are capping out your commission which is not hard to do) you are essentially paying yourself. In short if you are a top sales person this is not for you. If you are the type to be in the "top 3-5" this is not for you. Otherwise you end up paying yourself for doing well. No room for advancement. Frat boy mentality (if you are not one of us, we want you gone)
