Salary revisions not done yearly Salary revisions only in case of promotion Focus is kept on few individuals, they are giving correct exposure and opportunity Salary not as per Startup standards Some managers just try to make you work and not give you growth opportunity and correct exposure Too much politics Working hours can be around 12-13 hours
