Tells the world it's for the connected age but lets its entire development department go and hires more "creative teams" that get in the way of insight and true innovation. A lack of original thinking. Perpetuating the idea that you have to take crap for ~10 years before you get to speak in meetings. Everything is a joke, nothing can be taken seriously. Not even £M in client budgets. Office is stupidly cramped. Executive client meetings held in a kitchen the size of a small studio apartment while "cool" kids gather around the coffee machine and talk about last nights conquest, all because old white egomaniacs need meeting rooms booked in perpetuity for "jamming." Pure production house. Imagine management consulting in a pair of skinny jeans. Stay away!

corporate, rushed, corner cutting, wannabe and myopic management. zero culture. credit stealing, goal-hanging nightmare. computer says no attitude from HR. nightmare to get anything done through layers of bureaucracy.
