      Toxic management and culture overshadow decent pay

      Offer the normal benefits and pay is ok

      Horrible Management and company culture. Very toxic environment and management has favorites I know cause I was a favorite at one time. They fire people like crazy and watch you with cameras in the truck. It used to be a family feeling company and now they are way to corporate.
