      Pros

      The company has lots of great partnership with the bigget vendor, this permit to know lots of different technologies

      Cons

      Have to do lots of meeting out of work hour that will be never paid. For the management your life it's secondary to your job. If you don't work into the headquarters it's difficoult to get a bonus at the end of the year.

      Good perspective to grow in a fast and competitive company, though the management has not along lasting vision. The company has big clients all over Italy.

      Cons

      You will be asked to go work over 12 hours per day and you need to achieve good results in a small time.
