      Pros

      Very nice office with an elevator. (Glassdoor requires 5 words in this block, edit at will)

      Cons

      For a company that claims to value it's employees above all else, it has an outrageous number of involuntary terminations. Upset management in the slightest way and your days are numbered.

      pay seems competitive and the low and mid employees are very nice to work with

      Cons

      lack of diversity in race, lgbt, and females at the top level. the ceo talks about culture as a value but does not care what anyone thinks if its not what he wants and these people get pushed out
