Worked here for many years and coworkers are awesome.

Cons

Lots of shady things going on in upper management. People getting fired for no reason after years working here and bank managers are no longer allowed to replace frontline employees who quit. Employee morale is low, and the executives don't care. They're all about the "bottom line" and padding their own pockets at the expense of their workers.

- Shove beliefs down your throat - Racist - Raises are TRASH. (wtf is .30 a year gonna do???) -Corporate doesn’t care about you. They don’t care what you have to say unless you’re white and republican.
