Pros

16month pay 1500 rice subsidy monthly 8000 medical allowance yearly 5 sets of uniform yearly HMO plus 2 dependent

Cons

No overtime pay, for officers, only meal allowance of 300 per day if works on saturday/sunday, no basic pay on that day. for staff, cannot file overtime. Need approval ahead of time. Even if you render 2-4hrs after your shift, OT pay is not guaranteed Culture depends on the branch personnel.
