      Pros

      Small company in NC with a non- corporate approach

      Cons

      2% increase maybe annually. Health insurance plans are terrible. There are rarely any minorities in upper management. As a property manager you are given the title of CEO, But you are very underpaid.

      Good exposure to projects and roles. Geographic/market diversity. Decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Low pay. Poor/undeveloped culture. No perks/minimal benefits. Leadership is stuck and lives in a scarcity mindset. Very risk averse.
