Pros
RCS focus on having a very good relationship with its staff and community. As employee of RCS you have lots of benefits but the biggest benefit is how they focus on you having a balanced work and private life. Work at RCS is also fun, with constant activities to keep staff entertained and happy - no wonder consultants prefer to come work in our building rather then their own!
Cons
The size of the company do limit your career path, so when you come to work at RCS you know that you will have to put some effort in to develop yourself for the future, otherwise you will pretty much stay where you are.
