CEO is a very mistrust worthy character with no moral compass, he'll literally push you under the bus if it means getting away from some heat. He gets his own personal expenses reimbursed while people were taking paycuts and receiving the salary after significant delays of close to 15 to 25 days
CTO was good in the beginning when he used to coordinate from remote, but started heavily micromanaging to the point where every developer left, except for two freshers. Wake up and realize your mistakes rather than putting your head under the sand and pretending the issue doesn't exist.
Lack of employee benefits, flexi time
HR policies come directly from the upper management and they are mostly meant to squeeze some extra time from the employee rather than enriching him or providing new benefits
