In terms of event/experiential agencies, they’re still on the green side. They are definitely a creative group of people so they have good ideas but the execution and actual knowledge of the industry and what clients truly need feels lacking. They have a really good reputation due to their focus on promoting their company culture, but it’s really not much different than any other “hip” company (in fact, they’re a bit behind if you’re comparing apples to apples). They try to make employees believe they’re trading a fair salary for other “benefits” when in reality those other benefits are pretty standard everywhere else. It’s not a bad place to be for an entry-level position but hard to justify staying more than a couple years if you are concerned with your own professional development.
