Internship:
- Fast working environment may not be for everyone if they are not comfortable with jumping into a intern with full commitment
- The culture was very straight to the point feedback to be efficient with our time as there was a lot of projects going on. Personally, I was used to this from my University feedbacks as my lecturer was blunt. I could see how some people would not find this favourable if they are not used to straight to the point feedback.
- As a start-up, everyone is involved in every area at some point so if you are looking to gain experience only in one area specifically and are not open to helping out in user testing for example then it may not be for you.
- It was a steep leanring curb to the working world, for me it went in a positive but some people may need a more guided step by step approach which this internship does not offer.
Full time role:
- If you are not ready to commit to occasional long hours / weekend work to make sure the clients work is complete this may not be for you. [Extra hours and weekends are paid]
