      Pros

      Some very talented people are within this company. Good environment, they look after you - well for a small company it's very good and best of all you can get involved in many different things if you show you are capable

      No routes for progression or clear indicators on where you will be heading in next few years

      Some very capable and accomplished people to work with.

      Cons

      This is a very small company - 10 employees. Glen Ko (CEO) is limited and not the smartest person in the room. He is very insecure and becomes verbally abusive when he does not understand a given theory/topic/stance. If this company was of any size, the board/PE investors/etc. would remove him immediately. The only people that last are hired just out of graduate school and have had the worst experiences pursuing their PhD. They have no basis to judge what is acceptable. Once hired, say goodbye to creativity and collaborative pursuits.
