As someone working at Resaas, I cannot fathom how any legitimate employee could ever give this company a 5 star rating with comments such as "startup feel and growing fast" or "RESAAS is the kind of company you hope to find and have the privilege of working for", that is utterly unbelievable and without doubt, fake news. Management claim to have an open door policy but they are incapable of taking constructive feedback - this leads to direct feedback from potential clients to be ignored. Perhaps the biggest problem of all, management consistently agree to set up meetings with employees to discuss glaring issues in the product but will ultimately ghost employees without explanation. And for the love of god, don't tell me that one of your core values is "feedback early & and often", that's absolutely false because working at Resaas feels like feedback never and keep your head down.

It's not that they're bad people, but everyone in management is in their position for the first time. Unfortunately that inexperience is paired with huge egos so you end up with bosses, not leaders. One in particular is a loose cannon that tends to throw tantrums, disparage current and former employees to others, and flex their authority where they can. We've lost a lot of good people due to this one and had full-out mass exoduses due to another. Lots of instability, politics and whispered drama. Know your worth before applying here. Pay is far below market rate and promotions and raises are few and far between.
