      Pros

      Free snacks and a great view.

      Cons

      Average pay for crazy workload. Average white privilege atmosphere. Lot of opportunity if you're one of the boys, or a blonde female. Hostile toward people of color, and HR will not help. A young lady was recently fired, right after complaining of harassment to HR.

      They will Coffee you to the hospital

      Cons

      I believe this company lacks modernization. It’s a slave owners mentality with managers acting like overseers. They don’t have a true training module let alone do management share concern with training you. You can’t develop within the culture, because everyone’s whispering and having meetings. They talk about you behind your back and before you know it. Toxic environment. The Movie Get Out best describes this company.

      Unfortunately, none. Would not recommend.

      Cons

      No parking at building, no work from home, no flexibility in scheduling. Managers have questionable backgrounds and pasts and no education but are placed into management roles that allow them to solely lead by fear and act upon their own emotions.
