      Pros

      The most welcoming and comfortable work environment. The team are really nice, they make the environment fun and are always open to hearing new suggestions or recommendations. I highly recommend this company as you can be very flexible as long as you get the work done and attend what is need. Genuinely so grateful to have worked alongside this amazing team! Anyone joining will have a blast I am certain!

      The people here are well intentioned, generally hard working people

      The business model is broken and relies on VC money to survive. The company has zero culture or perks, don't believe the positive reviews.

      Pros

      Very intuitive rental process that could change the way real estate works in New York.

      Cons

      Put their relationship with landlords way before their relationships with their tenants. Most tenants were disappointed with renter support after signing lease.
