      Pros

      Very nimble organization where decisions are made quickly, employees are empowered to come up with solutions rather than just raise issues, small family mentality, competitive pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes fast-paced and overwhelming, but that's honestly expected in a smaller entrepreneurial company. Everyone has to wear many hats (that experience is not for everyone) and think outside the box.

      Pros

      The work is project based so there is no "typical" day on repeat. Create your own project scopes of work and schedules. Telecommute from home office when you are not out working on a site. Work with a dedicated team of problem solvers. Individual input is accepted, recognized, and rewarded. Gain Project Management experience while working on projects. 401k with matching contributions. Merit bonuses. Company pays for industry certifications.

      Cons

      Travel - Only home on the weekends when we are busy with a lot of projects. Customer driven - Extra effort, above and beyond expectations, occasionally needed to make sure customers are satisfied.
