At RG Transport we strive to make sure our drivers program and benefits are above industry standards . As a current member of the RGT team you are aware we just gave our drivers a well-deserved, substantial pay increase. In addition to the pay increase we also announced other improvements in our benefit program that take effect in 2019. As a new member of the shuttle group I encourage you to come into the office and take advantage of our open door policy to discuss any operational issues that you may not fully understand with a member of our management team. We are happy to help coach all of our drivers in order to maximize their full pay potential. Also as you know that with tenure your pay will increase, so if you just started your pay will increase each year! In addition to pay as you stated we have a great benefit program, we offer a full range of benefits and want to make sure you are taking advantage of all of them. When you look at our entire compensation program, pay, bonus program, health care coverage, 401K retirement plan, FREE Health & Wellness Center, and other benefits we believe this is a strong program but of course we are always looking to make improvements for our employees.
We have been a leader in the for hire food transportation industry since 1980, and divide the transportation operations into three divisions- Local Home Daily Shuttle, Regional OTR and OTR. They successfully operate independently of the other and have for many years. We mostly promote our current OTR drivers by merit into the local home daily shuttle operations as a reward for their tenure, safety, hard work and dedication to the company.
We ensure to all of our customers, drivers and staff our mission is to provide quality transportation in the most efficient and safe manner.
