      The company has decent technology and benefits. Salaries are average.

      -Discrimination in hiring, promotion, and retention decisions; favoritism, nepotism, dishonesty, hiring and quickly firing of senior personnel, high turnover in general, too many changes without adequate communication

      Exciting Opportunities

      Pros

      Flexible work environment. The ability to work remotely and permission to take longer than average leaves of absence from time to time make it an easy decision to stay despite all the other opportunities out there. The company is on the rise. Lately, every year seems to exceed expectations. It is exciting to imagine what we can be as a company and be a part of making it happen. Senior management is not afraid to change, adjust, re-vision and seek guidance as necessary.

      Cons

      Not all managers I've worked under have seemed sufficiently competent, and I've often had to fill the gap despite my own lack of experience. It is definitely a place where you have to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, which can be thrilling for some, but for others it can be a difficult environment to thrive in. The company is in growth mode and everyone must run on all cylinders all the time. Again, that could be thrilling for some, and just plain stressful for others.

      management doesn't check in to see what is being done. Out of sight out of mind.
