Pros

Work life balance is good. Good start for someone who wants to get into the industry.

Cons

So beyond outdated business model. Cold calling all day every day. Very little industry training. Office environment is not the best, silent all day long with minimal conversation. Compensation and benefits are also not up to standard. Nobody stays there for very long; they either get fired or quit within the first year.

This will be my 'lucky 13'th year working for this recruiting firm and I must say the group of people I work with are the most dedicated, enjoyable people I have ever worked with! I feel like I work with family! The managers and training make it easy to jump right in and start making $$$! Since I've been here for so many years I've seen employees come and go but the people that stick to it have definitely reaped the benefit$! If you're looking to join a successful team or if you're a company looking for a recruitment firm to make your job easier with hiring employees, this is the place to call! I look forward to many more years here and to see this company continue to grow.

I can't think of anything negative to say. I'm very happy to work with such a sincerely good group of people.
