      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly which makes it easy to settle in, there is a detailed process for onboarding which is important because of being remote, low stress environment if you are giving your best effort, and there is learning opportunities.

      Cons

      So far I haven't found any Con's.

      Pros

      Staff and management teams are wonderful to work with. Execs are very transparent to the overall health of the company and provides a clear path of where we are going. The ability to cross train is possible when you ask.

      Cons

      Compensation calculated much differently than our competitors. There's no commissions so it's not possible to influence your monthly salary unless you happen to work outside regular business hours.
