      Pros

      The people you meet and work with will be the best thing about working in this company! They created a great, valuable product, and during my first year, my boss was the best mentor i could have asked for, he taught me things beyong simply how to be good at my job!

      Cons

      Salary is too low, so if youre in london, you wont be able to sustain yourself! also growth opportunities are being sold to you during the interview process but after a year and a half you find yourself in the same spot with nothing to learn. Slow growth!
