      Hard-working people, technically sound project managers

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, micro-management, too many competing egos. Lots of favorites and somewhat of a popularity contest as far as new hires go. The CEO likes to talk about how great all of his hires are and plays favorites to these individuals rather than focusing on the bigger picture.

      The people are awesome and truly care. The company's leaders actually want open communication. Great culture of collaboration. Client and employee satisfaction focused.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work overtime during peak times of the year - only "con" I can think of.
