Pros

After several decades in the industry, RP3 is finally home. The agency checks so many boxes - fiercely female, kind leadership, friendship, crazy cool people and amazing talent. Their is a special something in the water here, where big ideas get made (GASP). There is no drama, and if you are drama - you don't last very long (and probably go onto this site and complain - ha ha). I have spent many years thinking I needed to get out of the industry thinking everywhere is toxic. But, Beth is an amazing, kind visionary. She leads with heart and kindness but also, is a badass super- smart leader. Additionally, Tuesday is a visionary creative who is also kind and humble. This is what advertising should be!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

Pros

Agency has genuinely started to go in a better direction recently. There are a lot of new opportunities stemming from new business and our CEO has made an effort to give back as we grow.

Cons

Hours can sometimes be long coming from the agency being in growth mode

Pros

The only real “benefits” are paid time off and the idea of “Summer Fridays”— but even those are rarely honored. Don’t be surprised if you’re expected to work through your vacation or on days that were supposed to be protected.

Cons

This company will give you more work without hesitation, but don’t expect a raise— ever. Whatever salary you accept when signing on, be prepared for that to remain unchanged, no matter how much your responsibilities increase. There is no recognition, no incentive, and certainly no path for advancement. Leadership, particularly at the account level, is a case study in how not to manage a team. The environment is hostile, disrespectful, and emotionally draining. Management operates through intimidation rather than support. It’s not just poor leadership— it’s outright toxic. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and quickly blamed when things go wrong. There is no sense of team culture, support, or unity, and that disconnect comes directly from the top. What’s most disappointing is that this feedback is nothing new—dozens of reviews mention the same issues. Yet, there has been no meaningful action to address the problems or improve the work environment. It’s clear that change is not a priority. Unless you’re desperate for a paycheck or want to learn what a dysfunctional agency looks like from the inside, look elsewhere.
