Great coworkers and collaborive space. Was a great jumping point.

Leadership and direction has tanked over the past few years. Outlook of the company is very poor given how many big accounts have been lost.

Wonderful coworkers, supportive HR team, good work life balance, lots of after work activites.

Cons

Mediocre office space, horrible pay, so-so creative work coming out of the agency, and I’ve heard things have really been rough with management shift. For an agency that prides itself in its independence, it sure acts a lot like a holding company with how (poorly) it keeps its employees updated on changes, layoffs, etc.
