Pros
Processes are simple. The job itself was not difficult. Enjoyed speaking with a lot of the different employees and management. They are a growing company, and they're going through changes.
Cons
They hire people at a low salary (20-30% below market value) and squeeze as much out of them as they can. They don't put value on their employees nor do they seem to care much about growth or opportunity. Their way is the right way and feedback on processes and procedures from lower level employees is disregarded. All management, zero leadership. Overall work culture is flawed. If you're going to continue to expect more and more out of your employees, they should be fairly compensated for that.
