Pros

Unlimited vacation policy, quarterly outings, if you befriend the right person you can get any hardware or software to improve your work efficiency, you can also wear shorts on 90+ degree days if you befriend the right person and are viewed as the "chosen few".

Cons

Working longer but not smarter is the key to success here, work 12+ hour days and get praise (even if it is -EV). You only get all the Jewish holidays and certain federal holidays (you will know the day before on which ones), remote work is frowned upon, no hot water in the office, unsanitary bathrooms, very cliquey, only certain people are held accountable, extremely passive aggressive environment. They pitch you on transparency and no red tape but its the complete opposite, treat it like buying a used car. This is your carfax!

Pros

Salary is on par with industry average. Benefits are decent as they are under Publicis Group. Youngish group.

Cons

There is nothing unique that separates this company from others in the industry. Management is unorganized and the culture they foster is off-putting & cliquey. There is a lack of resources on multiple fronts. Best part about working here was learning what I didn't want in a company. Would not recommend.

Pros

Relaxed environment. Cool folks to work with. Low to medium workload.

Cons

Too much control from management / holding company, which heavily restricted the innovation process. Some of the managers are good at managing work but mediocre at managing people.
