      Poor communication and toxic work environment

      colleagues are great to work with, they all work hard but we get along

      Cons

      management is rough, they are super disorganized and cannot communicate with their employees or with each other. Beware of all the positive reviews, we were forced to do them.High turnover rate for a reason. Management expects way too much and expects unrelastic timelines.

      Flexible schedule, hybrid work from home or office sharing options. Interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Slow learning curve if you are new. Associates are encouraged to build business relationships, so there is hesitancy to share work and there is sometimes not as much work for new employees.
