Supportive colleagues but poor leadership and low pay
Pros
Smart and helpful colleagues. Direct leadership (directors & trainers) are very dedicated and care although most of them have left or are leaving. Only one micromanager.
Cons
Low pay, low morale, clueless and soul-less PE & upper leadership. If you think forcing your employees to answer an email the second they get it is going to fix this company, you are mistaken. There is no care shown for employees simply because this company does not actually care about you. Theyve been dangling a new bonus structure in our faces for months which is insulting. The current bonus plan is the worse Ive seen. $1000 for a quarter where your clients bring in 500,000 in monthly revenue? Doesnt seem fair to me. Yet im sure upper leadership is making 10x what we make to make wrong decision after wrong decision.
