      + slow paced, low stress job + kind people around + non-toxic environment + lots of in-house events + 40 hours means 40 hours and not more

      - slow paced, bizarre bureaucracy sometimes - slow development - very few algorithmical challanges, mostly applied knowledge is used - tons of business logic
